- pryce - i totally get it, and as far as i'm
concerned, i'm glad that people like you ar
elooking at the small details - believe me, it's
nice to work on a show in which the viewers
care enough to look sharp!

- Lomi - not that i'm aware of...there might have
been some discussion of it before the pilot
started production because several locations
were under consideration, but at the end,
hawaii was the best match for our needs.

- carencey - well, they are a pair of amusing
raconteurs, aren't they? but on occasion they
are gracious enough to let us out of the office
to do some recroding of our own!

Javi says:

- pryce - honestly, i dunno. i am sure that by
the time the show is doneevery possible
book and tie in will have been released! that
much said, i am sure that some of the
discontinuities you are experiencing simply
have to do with us shooting at different
times of the day and in different locations in
order to show you the best possible (and
most dramatic) venues in the island. the
ficctional geography of the island is, of
course, not the same as the real geography
of o'ahu. that's a place where we have to
take some poetic license at times.

- halfrek - well, i co wrote next weeks episode
with mister leonard dick, who is, incidentally, a
heck of a nice fellow.
lomi - i promise we are doing our best to keep
y'all entertained!

- carencey - as a matter of fact, we may just put
together a little podcasting some-some for next
week's episode. more on that later!

- lomi: i really dunno. we are in the thick of
production so i'm sure if it's in the near future
and they do something they may be able to
gather some of the actors but not the writers
and producers.

- hi halfrek!
carencey - media whoredom is treating me
very well - a new interview with me jusat
went up, it's linked a few posts below...
pryce - we are keeping the exact geography
of the island very close to the vest for a
variety of reasons. that much said, the island
is, indeed a very geographically varied place.
fsm - hello! glad you liked the show -
carlton and damon are indeed teh awesome.

- hi red, pryce, lexi, lomi, ida...
...red: that's an interesting obeservation,
especially when you consider that the say
that started in "exodus part 1" didn't end
until "orientation." we made a concerted
effort to make "everybody hates hugo" a real
break from the first three episodes of the
season exactly to say "ok, that day's finally
over" but i guess with the two camps still
split, we are still telling something of a
continuing story that started last season with
the launching of the raft.

there was any doubt.

- You Crazy Cats,
Just wanted to swing by and thank you for supporting an episode with none of our regular gang in it. We were scared y'all would revolt, but it seems a fair amount of people (with the exception of "Tom" and "disappointed") actually dug it... and this only encourages us to do wacky stuff occasionally.
I love you all (yes, even the haters, 'cause hell... you're WATCHING, right?) very, very MUCH.
Hugs,
DL
