Hello everybody,

Forgive me for using the linear board for this
purpose, but I wanted to be able to reach all
of you at once. Over the past two years, you
have all been extraordinary fans of the show
in general and even more wonderful to me
personally. Therefore, it is with a heavy
heart that I must announce I am leaving the
show at the end of the season.

LOST has been the experience of a lifetime
for me, both personally and professionally
and I simply could not have asked for a
better place to learn the craft of TV writing.
But it is time for me to go off now and begin
my career as a writer, and with all the talent
either currently on the staff at LOST or slated
to join next season, there simply is not a
place for me.

I will forever cherish being a part of the team
that built this show and will always be a fan.
Further, I will do my level best to get to DLA
2 in order to say a proper goodbye to all of
you, but I just wanted to reach out to say
THANK YOU for all your incredible support
and kindness.

I'm not sure where I am going to land just
yet, but look forward to beginning the next
step of my evolution as a writer. And I don't
think I am overstating the matter to say that I
simply wouldn't be ready to do this if not for
the knowledge and experience with with I
was enriched at LOST. I thank every single
one of the writers with whom I worked and
look forward to seeing them all again around
town.

So THANK YOU fuslelagers! For absolutely
everything you have done for LOST... and for
me personally.
