Anthony Cooper's arrival on the island

I was watching "The Man from Tallahassee" and had a thought. Ben tells Richard to bring him the man from Tallahassee. So when did Anthony Cooper come to the island? Was it that night? Or did Richard bring him there sometime after 815 crashes?

It was sometime after the crash and before Locke arrived at New Otherton., I don't know when else it could've happened.
