Is Claire dead?
Was there ever a death scene for Claire?
There was the explosion in the house we knew Claire was inside of, which we the audience saw through Sawyer's viewpoint, but did the show ever really confirm her death?
If Claire's death was confirmed then I missed that.
Claire showed up together with Dr. C. Shepherd when Ben & Locke visited "Jacob's" cabin, which implied shehad some sort of non-ordinary status. However, we the audience don't yet know what the status is for the seemingly revivified dead like Dr. Shepherd & Locke (& maybe Claire).
The fact Claire appeared with Dr. Sepherd in that cabin seemed to suggest she had the same status as him, and we know he was dead then "revivified." So is Claire dead? Or is that intentionally an open mystery at this time?
p.s. Emilie did/does a good actressing job as Claire, especially when considering that her character has had a big impact despite parsimonious allocation of screen time! Better than as Tess!
